Out of the SILENCE came a beautiful ROAR!

This drawing was completed in mid-August 2014. This drawing is cluttered with imagery that emerged spontaneously through the process of drawing. This way of working produces images similar to dreams. In the creative process, energies and subconscious patterns find their own form. Each drawing has its own ecology or internal logic. Trying to understand them with your rational mind is useless. Enter into the drawing's own space and explore, speak with the many forms, listen to their hushed whispers... only then will their secrets be revealed.
